About

I help managers and multi‑disciplinary teams to turn complex, relationship‑rich ecosystems into scalable patterns and trustworthy experiences by strategic design, graph‑centred framing, and program leadership; I’m a design leader and researcher working between academia and industry.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with governors, academic leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners, helping them navigate complex challenges through creativity, design, and a systematic approach. My efforts have improved quality of life, founded a successful design institution, helped startups realise their vision, and developed products and services through strategic design and innovation.
